Returns and Refunds
Every BOHO piece is selected with intention and inspected before it leaves our hands.
Because our blankets are part of small, limited collections, we don’t offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’ll always make it right in the rare case something goes wrong.
If your blanket arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve it quickly:
- DM us at @bohostore.lb with your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue
- We’ll take it from there, with love and care
