Returns and Refunds

Every BOHO piece is unique and has its own identity thus slight pattern and color variations can occur between blankets. These differences do not affect quality instead they simply make each piece slightly unique compared to others in the same design.

Because our blankets are part of small, limited collections, we don’t offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us and we’ll always make it right in the rare case something goes wrong.

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- DM us at @bohostore.lb or on Whatsapp with your order number

- Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue

- We’ll take it from there, with love and care
